- Any change on the schedule due to operational/technical reasons of the Railways/Airways, We are not liable for such change of the schedule.
- Travelers must have the photo id as a proof as certified passengers for Hotel check In and for the train travel as the same is required due to security reasons.
- All incidentals and expenses like laundry, phone calls etc to be charged extra.
- The Package is subject to availability.
- Standard check in time in the hotels is 14. 00 Hrs. Early check in/Check out will be subject to availability.
- Group Rates only applicable for minimum of 20 Pax or more.
- Sometimes Sight Seeing will be carried out through mini bus or small cabs.
- Any Disputes regarding this contract will be within the judistriction of Hyderabad court
- We understand that you have read carefully & agreed all above terms & conditions.
- Malabar Tours Travels will not be responsible for non - availability of train/ flight tickets, train delay, cancellation of sightseeing due to strikes, hartal, flood or anything beyond our control. There will be no refund for unutilized services
