Report at your Local International airport Three Hours prior to departure by Indigo (6E 67 0535Pm).On arrival 0825 Pm at Dubai International Airport our local representative will meet and greet transfer to hotel for check-in. Welcome to Dubai – the City of Gold. Sunshine, shopping, seaside, sports and safety - five of the key ingredients that have earned Dubai a growing reputation as one of the world's most attractive and rapidly developing leisure destinations. Over night stay at hotel.

 

Day 02
Dubai
Meals: (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Sightseeing: Burj Khalifa Entrance+ Global Village Entrance + Dhow Cruise
After a buffet breakfast visit Bur Khalifa the tallest building in the world. Afternoon proceed to Global Village. What could be more romantic than Evening Dhow Cruise with dinner aboard a dhow as its slips silently along Dubai Creek by moonlight? Your cruise aboard one of these traditional wooden vessels offers an intriguingly different view of this amazing city - a portrait of the true character of Dubai, the intertwining of traditional and modern. You will see the old splendid architecture of Dubai as the Sheikh Saeed's house, the birthplace of Sheikh Rashid and the Heritage village is reminiscent of days gone by. Over night stay at Hotel.

 

Day 03
Dubai
Meals: (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Sightseeing: City tour + Desert Safari + Belly Dance
After a buffet breakfast, its time to go for a half-day tour of Dubai. Drive past the creek, the souks and traditional markets, dhow-building yards, Sheikh Saeed’s House, the Heritage and Diving village, the wind tower houses of the bastikiya area, Dubai Museum, Jumeirah Mosque and the stunning golf courses. In the afternoon, we take you to Desert Safari tour. No visit to Dubai would be complete without a trip into the desert. Your Desert Safari tour includes an exciting safari by a Four Wheel Drive over desert dunes. As the sun descends into the horizon, take sunset photographs, while standing on top of the fading desert dunes. You can also get more dressed for the occasion by dressing in traditional Bedouin male or female garments, and also have Henna (temporary tattoo) decorate your hands, legs and feet and smoke flavored sheesha. Over night stay at Hotel.

 

Day 04
Dubai -Cochin
Meals: (Breakfast, Lunch, On board Dinner)
Sightseeing: Abudhabi City Tour
After a buffet breakfast check out from hotel proceed to Abudhabi City Tour, evening drop at Dubai airport to flight by Indigo (6E 68 1015 Pm 0350 Am + 1 day) back to hometown with happy memories of Tour.

Visa Processing

• Visas will be issued only if the above package is booked with us.
• Minimum 05 working days is required to complete the processing of visa. Kindly note the immigration is closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Visa approval is subject to Dubai Immigration Department if any case visa is Rejected Malabar Tours & Travels Pvt.Ltd will not be held any responsible for the same. The visa fee and flight fare is non refundable.
• Malabar Tours & Travels Pvt.Ltd. is not responsible for Deportation.

 

• Price quoted are based as per the rate of exchange of USD = INR 62
• A person below 12 years is considered a child and above 12 years, an adult.
• As a 3rd person in a double room, most hotels use roll away beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size may be the same as a double room.
• Check in at Hotel is at 1400 Hrs and Check out is at 1200 Hrs.
• The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
• All prices are ex-hub city only. Passengers from any other city can join from the hub city; however any expenses borne by the passengers to/from the hub city is at their own expense.
• The cost of airfare included in the above tour cost is based on the fare structure as of 1 Nov 2012.Any further increase in the airfare due to any increase in the fuel price, change in the Government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers, Fortune Destination Management will not be held responsible for the same.
• Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers. Fortune Destination Management will not be responsible for the same.
• The Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services.
• We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursions, advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed necessary.
• For the convenience of our passengers, we will, sometimes, amend the itinerary. However, all services will remain the same
• There are no refunds for any services, i.e. meals, sightseeing's, etc. not utilized on the tour.
• Due to trade fairs and conventions in the cities, the hotels may be blocked out more than two years in advance. In view to this, you may have to stay in hotels further away from the cities and the itinerary may have to altered/amended.
• The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement. (Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay, cancellation  or changes in train, flight, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers).
• 50% of the Tour Cost is required to secure confirmed booking of your programme and full payment is to be settled 14 days before commencement of tour.
• 50% of the Tour Cost will be levied for Cancellation before 7 days of the date of commencement of tour; no refund can be made for cancellation after this date.
• Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Land surcharges for Local events applicable on certain departure dates.
• The management reserves the right to make changes Enroute or omit any place to visit, if it becomes necessary or cancel entire Tour
